It’s already given that jamming to your favorite tunes with your iPod is what you could do with this gadget. Oh yeah, you could watch videos and movies. But don’t you ever wonder is that it?

Welcome do the wonderful world of endless “iPod tricks and secrets”! Warning: Be advised that after learning some of these tricks could put make you an “iPod-holic”.

1. Got time to read your e-mail? Just Playback Your E-mail. Yes, reading e-mail is too much work and it would be better if you could just listen to your e-mail. M1, a series of software programs from British developer MagneticTime, is designed to let you listen to your e-mail on an iPod. The idea is to let mobile professionals or who’s not much into reading emails catch up on e-mail while driving, exercising, and so on. You can also create audio archives of messages for later reference.

2. You want your drinks on the rocks? Cool, your iPod will mix your drinks. Talking Panda compiled more than 1000 cocktail recipes, some with audio, and mixed them into an iPod program called iBar ($30).

3. Record / Capture TV Shows. You might don’t want to miss your 24-Hr or CSI episodes, no problem record them to your iPod.

Watching videos is old school but here’s an iPod trick that turn your iPod to take the job of a VCR or video recorder.

Your iPod slip into the iSee 360i. Once inside, you can record shows onto the iPod directly from a TV, camcorder, or other video source, the company says. 4. How about some lullabies to put you to sleep or wakeup inspired? You can set you iPod to lull you to sleep with lullabies. First create a Go To Sleep playlist and fill it with your favorite lullabies. Classics are just all time favorites for lullabies like Mozart’s or Brahm’s Lullaby.

You can then create a your own Wake Me Up playlist. “Get on Your Feet” by Gloria Stefan or some upbeat songs like “Manic Monday” (Real good for slow Monday starters).

5. Get You Workout on Right Track - how many times you ever promised to yourself that you’ll gonna try to look good by hitting those weights, run a mile at least 3 times a week… on and on. Maybe after doing once or twice, you realized that it’s harder to be consistent than what you thought.
